Our story

A small café with a big view

Holly Brew began as a low shack on the dunes — a place to grab one real espresso before paddling out. It is still that, only slower now.

The same wood counter, the same salt on the glass, the ocean going about its business behind the bar. Room enough for a surfboard against the wall and a deadline open on the table.

Built for the hours between the tide and the keyboard — surfers counting sets through the window, nomads chasing a deadline in the light, and the town's own walking the coast with a dog and no plan at all.
